Starting from the roof down, Ian started his real estate career by building Refined Roofing to learn construction and business start-up. Refined Real Estate is Ian’s dream become reality of making his mark on real estate investing. Ian’s experiences have led him to specialize in business strategy and renovation management.

Janelle Poushay

Engineer turned Real Estate Investor, Janelle realized her passion lies in real estate when she bought her first property in 2017. Janelle brought her experience in analytics and system building from engineering to Refined. She specializes in lead generation, deal analysis and private lending relations.

USA Investing Lead

Manny Shiferaw

Registered Nurse by trade now full time Real Estate Investor, Manny made the jump into real estate after building a 13+ unit portfolio. Today, his focus is on expanding investments into the USA to leverage the wealth of value-add opportunities to achieve high ROI. When Manny isn't investing in real estate, you'll find him staying on his game at the gym or spending time with his wife, Michelle, and dog, Honey.
